Amazing experience for a great price, for £8 per child the stich visited in his ice cream van the music played as he arrived outside. We then had a dance, some photos and a ice cream with stitch .

Great Communication from the moment of enquiring. Amazing value for money! Paying only £8 per child, we booked for The Grinch to come and he came via ice cream van, kids got a choice of ice cream and a quality wrapped present each. Grinch danced and played with kids, getting them all involved. Lady doing the ice cream asked what they each wanted for Christmas etc and orangised it all really well. We were given plenty of time for photo opportunities and it all ran smoothly. I'd recommend booking for when your in all day, as your only given a rough time (understandably) but I was orginally out when they first arrived, missing them (apologies again) However they did come back when I was home around half hour later. Can't fault their service and will be looking to booking again next year! Boys loved it.

We had a visit from these guys yesterday - What an amazing surprise for our boys. They were so excited, the visit wasn't rushed and they took their time with the children. The toys they had were amazing to.

What a brilliant visit, my little one loved seeing the Grinch, having a boogie and finding out she was on the nice list! She's already asked me to book again for next year!! Thankyou so much 🥰

Booked for my little boy to see the elf on the shelf, and added 3 of my cousins a couple of days later. There was no issues with tweeking our booking. The night had came and we waited a little longer than expected and little ones were struggling to keep their eyes open. Messages were made and they were very reassuring with messaging back and keeping contact that they would be with us soon. But… as soon as they heard the music, shoes were put on a lot quicker than us parents asking on a normal day😂

The elf greeted little ones by knocking on my door and they all had cuddles, went outside even though the weather was bad. Ice creams were given & a little gift. They absolutely loved it and you made the Christmas magic feel even more real❤️
